I wasnt impressed the first time I had the Gold wash but thought I would give them a second chance. A real poor service, the outside of my car still has dirty rain marks on the roof and side of the car, all around the door handles are still dirty. The inside is really poor, not cleaned the cup holder section, crumbs still on the back seats and all around the buttons still dusty. Now my car is only 4 months old and I get it cleaned every few weeks so its not filthy, so theres no excuses. Im future I would only have the outside done if Im at a push otherwise Id go elsewhere.

Not the greatest performance for me.They were unable to reach the roof of my Defender so I'll do that when home. The inside of the doors have been power washed so my carpets are now soaked, more work when home.The worst thing for me, having left it with them, was the overpowering smell of cigarettes in the car. I have had to pull over to get all the windows down. It reeks!OK, it's 9 and I could have done this at home but that's why they're in business. Do it right or don't do it at all.I'll avoid this carmwash from now on, I only went there because the one over the road was shut.
