Disappointing - I phoned the Brackley office (14/08) to request a quote because I'd seen the few previous positive Google reviews and because this solicitors was on the lenders panel. I outlined the details required for the quote and the staff member documented everything down. I explained it was urgent as we've had an offer accepted on a property and would be looking to instruct the same day if it was a favourable quote provided. The staff member said someone would contact me back that day. I heard nothing from Spratt Endicott until one week later (21/08) where I received an email. No apology for delay, didn't call as promised having emailed instead, a week too late and didn't even correctly reflect my requested quote. Won't waste our time on our next purchase.
