Jennie was fantastic in helping me with a painful injury in my shoulder, trap, and neck -from the moment I met with her she assessed not only the injury but my lifestyle and day-to-day routines. One big thing for me was not only how great she was at finding trigger points and areas of tenderness, but afterwards she offered advice on self-recovery exercises also -which many don't. Cannot recommend highly enough -have already booked in for another session!
