From the moment we stepped into this pub to the moment we left we were in good hands. We were welcomed like old friends despite having never been there and shown quickly to a table by one of the owners. I chose this place because the menu looked good for vegetarians, something that is lacking in other pubs, and I wasn't disappointed. There are a number of excellent options for veggies, vegans and meat eaters. I had the veggie sausage and mash and my group had the Crewe burger and the pie. All were exemplary and very well presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, the service quick and the price very good. I would highly recommend that others go out of their way to visit this charming venue.
Very good my 2 nights l was there The room was clean and the food was good. The girls who work there were very pleasant,helpfull and definately deserve a mention..
Great little country pub. Lovely people, great Sunday roasts & local beers on draught. Little beer garden out back & parking out front if youre driving (unlucky). Spot on.

Really caters for Vegans. And not just in the 'we need to add something to the menu' sense. Came in after a long cycle and they were more than happy to concoct an all day vegan breakfast even though it was not on menu. And a lovely friendly place to boot
